Chaz and his little brother Charlie were on the run from the law for a while because of an accident. Charlie is 10, and before he had full control of his powers, he accidently set the house on fire. The police were called and Chaz freaked out because they were trying to take Charlie away, so he attacked the police.
Chaz has always been a bad boy. He got into fights even in grade school, and in high school he got into drugs. His parents forced him into rehab, but the only reason he went was because he didn't want his little brother to be like him. Now he and his brother would do anything for each other. Chaz doesn't have quite as many problems anymore, but he still has quite a temper.
