This is Aires, the disaster pokemon. She is the head of a seperate Wrath based in Europe. Because of psychic pokemon being able to teleport people, travel between bases is not difficult.
Aires is very reserved, and is strictly a no-nonsense woman. When bases need to protect themselves by force, she is the one who forms defense strategies. She is one of the few halfbreeds that fell in love with someone other than their pokemon companion. Instead of another Absol, her partner is a Mightyena that she rescued named Michael.
