I wanted to draw something for the anniversary of the first publification of Le Fatôme de l’Opèra. Pictured here is the original Erik, Gaston Leroux's tortured genius that in the past century has won the hearts of so many. *unfortunately not Christine's, however.*

We've been working on pencil shading in my drawing class, and I used my "professional" pencil set to make this. The noose's effect is watercolor, I love art class.

Erik is his own.
